He is survived by: his son Spencer Carter Douglas; his daughter-in-law April Hutchinson Douglas; his grandsons, Reid Hutchinson Douglas of Charlottesville, VA and Grey Carter Douglas of Charlottesville, VA; his brothers-in-law, Willis Carter, Jr. and Roy "Rinnie" Carter of Charlottesville, VA; and his nephews, Kevin Carter (Dorothy) of Allison Park, PA, Kendall Carter (Tanja) of Keswick, VA and Keith Carter (Kim) of Charlottesville, VA. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
