He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Parrish and Thelma Parrish; his wife Mary Jane Lamb Parrish; his sister Patricia Parrish Bowen (Clarence); his brothers-in-law, Blaine McLellan (Mac) and George Calvin Hill, Jr.; his son-in-law Marshall Abell; his grandson Todd Abell; and his great grandchild Gloria Lamb Baber.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ramona McLellan and Lee Hill of Greenwood, SC; and his stepchildren, Jim Lamb (Brenda) of Conway, SC, Becky Abell Yancey (LeRoy) of Lynchburg, VA and Rich Lamb (Linda) of Fort Pierce, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and unofficially adopted grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
