We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2025, at the age of 86, Geraldine Lynn Newton (Charlottesville, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Phil Schutty; and her parents, Charles Schutty and Phyllis Raetz Schutty. She is survived by: her children, Mary Deighan, Vincent Newton, Christine Cassell, Danny Newton and David Newton (late Francis Newton); and her siblings, Pat Tinberg and Chuck Schutty. She is also survived by her children's spouses, 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
