She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Clayton Hoke and Sallie Lorene Holsapple Hoke; her husband Jim; her son Mark Lang; and her siblings, Ulysses Clay "Henry" Hoke, Harvey Junior "Dudie" Hoke, Dorothy "Dot" Graves and Virginia Louise Graves.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Spicer, Cary "Butter" Lang, Sheryl Lang and Lisa Bryant; her niece Rhonda Hoke Cook; and her granddaughter Jonie Blackwell. She is also survived by ten other grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
