He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lester and Treva Rexroad Evick; his wife Anne Corbin Evick; and his siblings, Lee Roy Evick, William Evick, Charles Evick and Emma Jean Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Easter (Paul), Anthony Evick (Cynthia) and Bradley Evick; his grandchildren, Austin Evick, Tyler Evick and Candice Evick Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Rebecca and Levi Evick; and his sister Janet Evick Zirk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
