She is survived by: her husband Lorenza Fields; her children, Donna Fields Scott and Joel "Shawnie Boo" Fields; her grandchildren, Emmanuel "Honey Bear" Scott, Elishia "LeeLee" Scott, D'Angelo and Gordon; her great grandchildren, Ava Marie Herndon-Scott and Tahiri Randolph-Scott; her siblings, James Hughes, Jr., Patricia Hughes, Clarence Hughes (Sabrina), Franklin Hughes (Veronica), Sarah Young (Jimmy), William Hughes (Ida), Betty Hawkins (Alfred), Rosetta Hughes, Annette Hughes (George), Harriet Forest (James) and Harry Hughes (Pam); and her siblings-in-law, Barry Fields, David Jordon, Shirlee Perlow (late Lenny), Gloria Fields, Judy Clark (late Melvin), Leslie Fields (late Henry) and Kathleen Fields (late David). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
