Turner, Jr. (Ronica (Toya)); his grandchildren, Jesse J. Turner, III (Jess) and Jayla; his sister Lucy Monroe; and his sister-in-law Roberta Mason. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, dear friends.

Viewing was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. F. Bell Funeral Home Chapel (108 6th St NW, Charlottesville, VA 22903). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (632 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
