We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, at the age of 89, Jo Lee Tarbell of Charlottesville, Virginia, born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Fuller and Dorothy Louise Fuller; and her husband Richard Ellis Tarbell. She is survived by : her son Richard Tarbell II; her grandchild Cameron; her son Robert Tarbell of Sarasota, FL; and her granddaughter Dottie.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Piedmont, Attn: Development Office, 675 Peter Jefferson Parkway, Suite 300, Charlottesville, VA, 22911.
