It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Clare McDonald in Charlottesville, Virginia, born in Moosic, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clare Weiss and Joseph Weiss. She is survived by : her husband Tom McDonald; her siblings, Mary Ann Weiss Iskra and Joseph Weiss (Elvira); her daughter Dina McDonald (Jeff Taschler); her grandsons, Zachary and Will Taschler; and her sister-in-law Ann McDonald McGraw. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
