Julia Skrivan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julia Skrivan of Charlottesville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fitz-Hugh and Ellen Hurd Schuman; her mother-in-law Gerarda Skrivan; and her aunt Elizabeth Morgan. She is survived by: her husband Michael Skrivan; her brother George Fitz-Hugh (Danielle); her grandmother Janet Hurd; her father-in-law Frank Skrivan; her sister-in-law Mary Anne O'Brien (Gerard O'Brien); and her sibling's children, Alex Fitz-Hugh, William Fitz-Hugh, Carrie O'Brien, Joseph O'Brien and Mercedes Anderson.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's Memorial Church (1701 University Ave, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
