With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynette Smith Preddy of Charlottesville, Virginia, born in Marion, Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Reeves Preddy, Jr. of Orange. She is survived by: her sons, Carl Reeves Preddy, Barboursville and Mark Edward Preddy of New River; her grandchildren, Michael Edward Preddy of Atlanta, Christine Louise Preddy of Hillsborough, NC, Anne Preddy Vachon of Orlando, Maria Ruth Preddy and Melanie Grace Preddy of New River; and her great grandchildren, Adam Leland Preddy, Sage Olivia Preddy, Phoebe Alexandra Preddy of Atlanta and Eloise Rose Vachon of Orlando. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her memory be made to that church.
