He was predeceased by: his parents, DeWitt Morton Sprinkel and Irma Sprinkel (McConchie). He is survived by: his wife Melinda Sprinkel; his daughters, LaVera Bernadette of Moneta, Hilary Bradley of Charlottesville, Susanna Sprinkel-Eighmey (Jon Paul) of Leesburg and Michelle Caiazzo (Anthony) of Greenville; his brother DeWitt Brent Sprinkel (Lynne) of Culpeper, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Monica, Valentina, Antonino, Peyton, Zayden, Otto and Charlee. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and beloved friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in his honor to support their dear friends who are serving as missionaries in Hungary, Lea and Doug Coppage, (through http://www.ceokids.org with their name included on the donation).
