She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Wardell D. Ward and Julia N. Ward; her husband Rev. Carlton A. Luck; her siblings, Edward Ward, Robert Ward, Louis Ward, Charlotte Swingler and William Ward; her granddaughter Glenna Mills; and her great grandchild Alexis Weidman.
She is survived by: her children, Berlinda Mills (Jesse) of Esmont, André Luck (Iris), Carlton Luck (Karen) of Charlottesville and Marcus Luck (Hope) of Atlanta, Georgia; and her sisters, Ruth Ward of Charlottesville and Rosa James (Morris) of Washington, DC. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
