It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nathalia Baines Shifflett (Charlottesville, Virginia), born in Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents Frank Worth Baines and Ollie Norwood Baines, and her husband Renchler N. Shifflett. She is survived by her children, Melanie Carter Johnson, Naomi Carter Koontz, Delmar Yates Carter, Jr., Nathan Alan Caulder and Ryan Neal Caulder; her siblings, Frank Worth Baines, Jr., James O. Baines, Kaye Baines Webster, and Deborah Baines Quinn, her grandchildren, Ashley Noel Johnson, Kyle Wade Johnson, Tiffany Leigh Caulder, Katland Caulder and Olivia D. Caulder.
