Phillip William Carr Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phillip William Carr (Charlottesville, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louise Ann Harris and William Phillip Carr, Sr.; his grandparents, Lillie and Benjamin Carr; his cousin Louie "Chuck"; his nephew Pomroy; and his aunts and uncles, Louie Carr, Sr., Norris Carr, Hugh Harris, Joseph Harris, Mildred Washington, Christine Carr, Pauline Johnson, Grace Brooks, Estelle Phox, Pauline Jackson, Margaret Page, Sylvia Coles and Lucy Harris.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Comforter Catholic Church (208 E Jefferson St, Charlottesville, VA 22902).
In addition, Phil helped with Coats for Kids and participated in Pro-Life events, ultrasound machine donations to pregnancy centers and marches for life.
