Bickel; his wife Theresa "Tessie" Bickel; his children, Lance Bickel (Chrissy) and Carla Bickel; his siblings, Julie Garner (David), Daryl Bickel and Jeff Bickel; his mother-in-law Margaret Jean Napier; and his grandchildren, Teddy and Tucker. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
