He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, David Huguenin Maybank and Richard Holt Hogan. He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas Huguenin Hogan, Monte Nicholson Hogan, Elizabeth Maybank Hogan, Casey Anne Gartland and Charles Hunt Hogan; and his grandparents, Amey Parsons Lewis, Fulton DeWitt Lewis, Jr., Ann English Maybank and Jane Noble Hogan. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Christian Aid Mission in Memory of Holt Hogan.
