He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Finley Lilly; his parents, Joan K. Lilly and Clarence R. Lilly; and his brother-in-law Neal Lowry of Charlottesville, Virginia.. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Lilly (Jamie) and Rick Lilly (Hannah); his sisters, Hester Lilly Baird (Steve) and Linda K. Lilly; his siblings-in-law, Mark Finley (Terry) and Bonnie Finley Carter (Tom); his grandchildren, Casey Smith, Miriah Smith, Lauren Smith, Whitner Lilly and Ada Lilly; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Smith and Jayden Jones; his nephew Tommy Carter (Causey); his niece Keera Finley; his great-nephew Wyatt Baird; and his great-nieces, Madilyn Baird, Marilyn Baird and Wrenley Carter. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
