Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Robison and Catherine Hutzler Robison; and his brothers, John, Jim and Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Clair; his sister Nancy; his children, Robert and Katie; and his grandchildren, Eli, Brady and Gracie King.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (120 W High St, Charlottesville, VA 22902). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Riverview Cemetery (1701 Chesapeake St, Charlottesville, VA 22902).
