She is survived by: her parents, Brandon Codie Kelley and Hannah Kelli Sheppard; her grandparents, Roy, Cindy Sheppard of Covington, Sandra Shiflett and Donald Kelley; her great-grandparent Loretta Reed; her sister Kinzlee Kelley; her aunts, Andrea Gordon, Kayla Liddiard (Cody) and Allison Sheppard (Matt Entsminger); and her great-uncles, Jeffrey Shiflett (Jacklin) and Robert Shiflett.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Nicely Funeral Home (405 Alleghany St, Clifton Forge, VA 24422). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
