Sallie Kate leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sallie Kate’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Sallie Kate will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Laszlo George Kish; her parents, Sallie Margaret Purdy Park and Robert Kirk Park; and her sister-in-law Mary Beth Park. She is survived by: her children, Alex Kish (Inna), Sallie Ross (Mike) and Rob Kish; and her brother Bob Park (Marilyn).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Charlottesville (717 Rugby Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
