She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd O'Neil Head and Lucille Thomas Head; her husband Clarence CJ "Doll" Herring; her son Keith Todd Herring Sr.; and her siblings, Doris Head Ritchey, Annie Lee "Buddy" Summers Marshall and Dennis O'Neil Head.
She is survived by: her children, Larry O'Neil Herring (Phoebe) of Palmyra, Sandra Herring Trainum of Ruckersville and Timothy Lynn "Timmy" Herring (Sandy) of Charlottesville, VA.; her grandchildren, Shelley, David, Randy, Derrick, Stephanie, Timmy, Keith Jr., Josh and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Will, Camden, Ben and Krislyn; her granddaughter Dana; her grandchildren-in-law, Robert and Chris; her pet Coco; and her sisters-in-law, Thelma "Fay" Turner and Betty Herring. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
