She was predeceased by: her daughters, Wendi Nelson Powell and Teri Lynn Nelson; and her husband Billy Joe Mann. She is survived by: her granddaughter Hayley Powell. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodward Funeral Home (200 Fredericksburg Ave, Louisa, VA 23093). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Louisa United Methodist Church, honoring Shirleyann's spirit of generosity and community involvement.
