He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel and Daisy Samuel. He is survived by: his wife Karen Thacker Samuel; his daughter Allison Marie Samuel; his sisters, Patricia Dudley (Larry), Viola Samuel (Junior), Brenda Ochoa and Terri Kincaid; his pet Remi; and his great-nephew Devin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
