He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Parham and Catherine C. Parham. He is survived by: his wife Donna Parham; his sister-in-law Carolyn Langille (Stephen); his sibling's children, Erin, Sarah and Jake; and his pet Stevie Ray.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Teague Funeral Home (2260 Ivy Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
