He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wilbur Mann and Elizabeth Bowles Mann. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Kevin Mann (Leslie) of Charlottesville, Karen Snyder of Rocky Mount, Keith Mann (Faith) of Keswick, Kathryn Dillon (Brendan) of Reston and Max Mann of Charlottesville; his grandson Paul Critzer of Earlysville; his siblings, Barbara Scott of Fluvanna, Nancy Melton of Mechanicsville and James Mann (Anne) of Goochland; and his grandchildren, Brittney Wyland, Kasey Schoepflin, Eric Snyder, Landon Mann, Cameron Snyder, Jenna Mann, Megan Mann, Ryan Mann, Laci Mann and Lyla Dillon. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
