He is survived by: his children, LaTesha Oliver of Chase City, VA, Cierra Oliver of Chase City, VA and Quincy Penick (Rafiah) of Danville, VA; his siblings, Calvin Oliver (Audrey) of Chase City, VA, Joyce Oliver of Chase City, VA, Ricky Oliver of Chase City, VA, Janice Oliver (Ty) of Richmond, VA and Steve Oliver of Roanoke, VA; his grandchildren, Quincy, Jr., Qua'mon, Javion, Naomi, Zy'Bria, Zakaya, Kimari, Kimani and Zy'nae; and his close friend Brenda Penick. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Silone Baptist Church (404 W 5th St, Chase City, VA 23924). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Silone Memorial Garden.
