We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2025, at the age of 70, Ronnie Allen of Chase City, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Thompson and Margaret Allen; and his son Ronnie Allen, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nannie B. Allen; his children, Evon Wood (James) of Prospect, VA, Latisha Allen of Richmond, Tiffany Allen of Chase City, VA, Kelvin Allen (Chiquita) of Glenn Allen, VA and Rodney Boyd of Washington, DC; his siblings, Lisa Hinton of Chesterfield, VA, Rita Morton (Henry) of Cumberland, VA, Nita Thompson of Farmville, VA, Janet Allen of Keysville, VA, Shawna Thompson and Norman Allen; his stepmother Barbara Thompson; and his aunts and uncles, Frances Walker, Lenora Gilmore, Sandra Butts, Fred Thompson and Thomas Thompson. He is also survived by two granddaughters, four grandsons, four great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home (1304 N Main St, Chase City, VA 23924). A burial will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at the Calendar Silone Memorial Garden.
