She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Rae Harlow (Chad) of Roanoke, VA, Raymond Ryan Wade (Elizabeth) of Maysville, NC and Rodrick Russell Wade of New Bern, NC; her grandchildren, Alena Corinne Wade, Raymond Rhys Wade and Coll Evan Wade of Maysville, NC.; and her siblings, Bonnie M. Hubbard of Elberton, GA and Ronald Keith Smith of Raleigh, NC..
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (10 Fairground Dr, Chase City, VA 23924). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Ridge Baptist Church (5521 Green Ridge Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019).
Having been ravaged by the effects of Alzheimer's/Dementia she is now at peace from this world.
