She was predeceased by: her parents, Abron Phillips and Sallie Phillips; her husband Henry Wilbur Bell; and her children, Freddie, Shirley and Christine.
She is survived by: her son Eugene Bell (Annie) of Chase City, VA; and her sons-in-law, Clarence Parker and Miller Lawson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
