She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Rigney and Essie Adkins Rigney; her husband John William Watson, Sr.; her son John W. Watson, Jr.; her siblings, Samuel Randolph Rigney and Lois Rigney Towler; and her son-in-law Jeff Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Watson (Donna) of Chatham, Wanda Osborne of Chatham, Connie Dalton (Gerald) of Gretna, Sheila Pippin (Larry) of Gretna and Karen Doss (Michael) of Gretna. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
