He was predeceased by: his parents, Laughton Rowland and Nora Rowland; and his wife Lois Simmons Rowland. He is survived by: his children, Frank Rowland, Jr. (Gwen), Patricia Lamphere and Donna Hooker (Thomas); his grandchildren, Craig Lamphere (Ashley), Christina Williams (John), Chereé Cobielles (Antonio) and Jessica Allen (Darrell); and his sister Carol Jean Lansaw. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made, in Frank's memory, to the American Cancer Society.
