He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Owen and Catherine Owen; and his brother Wilson Owen Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dee Anna Cundiff Owen; his sons, Kevin Earl Owen (Christi) and Norman Kent Owen (Tammy); his grandchildren, Emily O. Johnson, Daniel Owen and Morgan O. Osborne; his great grandchildren, Avery, Owen and Evie Johnson; and his sisters, Eleanor O. Haskins (G. Wayne) of Chatham, VA and Elaine O. Rosenboom (Art) of Colorado.
