Though Oetha may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Fuller and Nannie L. Fuller; and her brother Vinson Pete Fuller. She is survived by: her aunts, Sarah Watkins, Mabel Fuller, Elizabeth Fuller and Martha Fuller; and her niece Tina Fuller. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
