As Oetha departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Oetha. Though Oetha may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Fuller and Nannie L. Fuller; and her brother Vinson Pete Fuller. She is survived by: her aunts, Sarah Watkins, Mabel Fuller, Elizabeth Fuller and Martha Fuller; and her niece Tina Fuller. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the New Life Kingdom Ministry Church (9361 Callands Rd, Chatham, VA 24531). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Fuller Miller Family Cemetery (13449 Callands Rd, Callands, VA 24530).
