He is survived by: his mother Diane Burgess Oswald; his sons, Trent Oswald and Landon Oswald; the mother of his children Summer Nelson Oswald; his brothers, John T. Hankins (Alicia) of Forrest Grove, OR and Woodrow D. Hankins; his in-laws, Rick and Sondra Nelson of Danville, VA; and his pet Thor.
