He is survived by: his wife Barbara Buchko Levchak; his children, Sheila Laudin (Benjamin) of Keller, TX, Joshua Levchak (Heather) of Lafayette, IN, Stephen Levchak Jr. (Lisa) of Kearny, NJ and Christopher Levchak (Sofia) of Fairfield, NJ; his siblings, Sharon Levchak (John) and Tommy Levchak; his grandchildren, Noah, Elizabeth, EmmaJean, Trey, Lucas, Annabelle and Abrielle; his close friends, Lee and Susan Gibson; Leigh Anne.
