He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley "Dale" Pratt and Sandra Vest Pratt Tischler; and his grandparents, Shirley, Lydia Pratt, Berkley and Margaret Vest.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Pratt Miller (Gregory) and Jeffrey "Dean" Pratt (Crystal); his nieces and nephews, Phillip Stuart, India Eanes (Ethan), Michaela Newland (Zachary), Nathan Pratt (Tiffany), Jonathan Miller (Fuan) and Kerrie Quick (Caleb); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Landen Stuart, Ezekiel, Eliza Eanes, Maverick, Emory Newland, Lily Carter, Luna, Kazelynn Pratt, Amelia Nichols, Zayden, Scarlett, Zaxton Leming and Natalie Quick.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gardner Funeral Home (202 E Oxford St, Floyd, VA 24091). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
