He is survived by: his wife Holly Horbatak Adams; his pet Toby; his sister Deborah Rusnak (Roger); his niece Heather Rusnak (Ryan Daye); his nephew Adam Rusnak; his siblings-in-law, Carla Roberts (Chuck), Amber Loughery and Dan Horbatak (Stacey); and his nieces and nephews, Summer Stewart, Mandi Reed (Jerry), Nick Stewart, Wesley, Luke (Lindsay) and Dakota Loughery (Aryanna). He is also survived by 2 great nieces; 3 great nephews; and his life-long friend.
