He is survived by: his wife Earlene; his children, Albert Randolph Hartley and Christy Hartley Oviatt (Mike); his grandchildren, Evan Mae Hartley, Victoria Hartley, Jessie Oviatt and Lauren Oviatt Nelson (Matt); and his siblings, Cindy Hartley, John (Kate) and Tom.
In leu of flowers Earlene has requested donations be made to House of Hope Ministries Inc by mailing to 613 Royal Grant Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23322 in honor of God's Great Commission where Al and Earlene have always applied 100% of donations received for the feeding ministry.
