He is survived by: his children, Allen William "Billy" Cullen, III (Kim), W. Keith Cullen (Tracie), Amy C. Stroud (Scott) and Erin C. Roberts (Mark); his grandchildren, Heather, Kimberly, Candice (Chris), Katelynn, Sierra (Ronnie), Dale (Curt), Millie (Aaron), K. C., Rachael, Skylar, Kilyn and Teryn; and his great grandchildren, Kameron, Savannah, Kamoni, Brooklyn, Carter, Cooper, Devin, Raelynn, Remi, Ryan, Lane and Jesse.
