She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Richard "Chuck" Elder; and her parents, Benjamin Murrell Parker and Pauline Hinman Parker. She is survived by: her children, Linda Bennett Drummond (Ralph) of Chesapeake, VA and Morris Aaron "Morty" Bennett, Jr. (Laurie) of Cashville; her close friend Bill Allen of Chesapeake; her siblings, Susan Parker Haycox of Cashville and Richard Benjamin Parker of Colombia; her grandchildren, Malea Drummond, Britany Bennett and Heather Evans; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Davila, Emma Bennett, James Williams, Jr., Arianna Williams and Parker Drummond. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
