With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Lee Manuel (Chesapeake, Virginia), who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander MacMillan and Anna Foster MacMillan; her husband Melvin Edward Manuel; her son Thomas Edward Manuel; her brothers, Harold MacMillan, Raymond MacMillan and Edward MacMillan; and her granddaughter Kasey Ann Goodnoh.

She is survived by: her children, Frank Peter Manuel (Laurie), Kim M. Nozzarella (Dwayne) and Anna Lee Long (Tom); her daughter-in-law Kathleen Manuel; her grandchildren, Jaime, Jenn, Chris (Crystal), Ashley (Bill), Sarah, Andrew, Ben (Kandace), Jack (Jenny), Katie (Shane), Bekah, Lucas, William and Lisa Cotten; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Taylor, Seth, Owen, Ethan, Arya, Dominik, Zachariah and Baby Elliott; and her friends, Bill, Betty Cotten, Neil and Marguerite Windley.
