She was predeceased by: her son Jody Pierce; her parents, Don Campen and Reba Campen; and her siblings, Don "Spec" Campen Jr., Julia Holland, Lois Hill, Becky Woodworth, Bobby Campen and Jimmy Campen.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Pierce; her sister Mackie O'Callaghan (Michael); her sister-in-law Frances Campen; her nieces, Julie Fremeau (Kevin Milteer), Vickie Wilkerson (Jimmy Harrell) and Laura Robertson (Frank); and her grandchildren, Robert, Nicole, Jacob, Michelle, Victoria, Adam, Jessica, Alex, Aaron and Conner. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sturtevant Funeral Home (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Simonsdale Presbyterian Church (5016 Vick St, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
