Elliott (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 28, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Askew Sr. and Lena Faison Askew (Milton Lee Elliott Sr.); and her siblings, Robert Lee Askew Jr., Wallace Askew, Gregory Askew, Cheryl Askew, Doris Christian, Robin Taylor and Patricia Askew.
She is survived by: her children, Milton L. Elliott Jr. (Juanita), Cheryl B. Elliott (Mike) and Latressa Norman (Tilmon); her granddaughters, Crystal Hayes (Steve) and Bonita Ellis; her sisters, Elise Thompson (Ase), Valerie Lowry (Sam), Sheila Askew and Hattie Williams (Leslie); her grandchildren, Ashley Askew, Joshua Elliott, D'Quane Norman, JuQuan Norman (Keyanna), SeLena Norman and Gavin Gardner (Cornesha); her great grandchildren, Zyon Elliott and Lyfe Elliott; and her godchildren, Rev. Hugo Morrison (Tanika), Crystal Howell and Patricia Key. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends.
