He is survived by: his wife Amy Dance-Lewis; his sons, Ari Lewis (Joy) of Laurel, MD and Arshan Lewis of Randallstown, MD; his adoptive son Earl Clark; his daughter Akiri Lewis of Baltimore, MD; his granddaughters, Arya Lewis and Ivi Lewis; his parent Rev. Helen E. Lewis Higgins of Virginia Beach; his sisters, Bridget Mullen, Sheila Johnson of Virginia Beach and Sondra Nickerson of Chesapeake; his siblings-in-law, James Wilkerson (Teresa) of Upatoi, Kovacs Dance of Halifax, VA, James Dance (Page) of Bowie, MD and Angela Dance of Reisterstown, MD; his great-aunt Mary Spence of Chesapeake, VA; his brother Darrin Johnson; his cousins, Jeffrey Lewis and Maurice Riddick; and his close friends, Timothy Christian, Elton Ivy Elmer McPherson and Anthony Bright. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great-nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
