She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Henry C. Demkowski (Nancy), Daniel J. Demkowski and Robert W. Demkowski (Vanessa); her brothers, Ronald Kaczor (Bonita) and Fred Kaczor; her brother-in-law William Demkowski (Donna); her grandchildren, Casey Hallwig (Will), Jamie, Kelli Demkowski, Samantha, Jonathan Demkowski, Zoey and Jaclyn Demkowski; her great grandchildren, Ryland, Kadin and Elizabeth; and her granddaughters, Jessica and Christine. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
