He is survived by: his daughters, Darla Blevins Carroll (Robert) of Chesapeake, VA, Mary Beth Graff (Petter) of Austin, TX and Kristin Blevins Beyer of Denver, NC; his sister Janice Marie Helmkamp of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Logan Nicole Beyer, Jackson Blevins Beyer and Julianna Grace Birlin.
