It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brandon Smoot (Chesapeake, Virginia), who passed away on May 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Margie P. Smoot and Virgil Smoot (Anne); his brother Brad Smoot; and his nephew Anthony Helin. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

“Ty will be deeply missed by his friends and family, but especially by his father, Virgil. Every time we visited with Anne and Virgil, he would talk lovingly about Ty's accomplishments and what was happening in his life. Virgil had a twinkle in his eyes whenever he spoke of Ty, Brad and Anthony - a man who clearly loved his boys. We are truly saddened by Ty's passing and we will keep his father, mothers, family and friends in our thoughts now and in the days ahead. The Hudsons, Delaware”
