Overton of Hertford, NC and Jesse P. Overton (Colleen) of Hertford, NC; her siblings, Craig Hatcher of Elizabeth City, NC, Linda Jensen of Elizabeth City, NC and Janet Duncan (Steve) of Hertford, NC; her grandchildren, Jesse Taylor, Kaela Aleen, Jase Romeo, Isaiah Prince Overton, Ambyr Cartwright, Autumn Chitty, Haley and Aubrey Bain; and the father of her children Phillip L. Overton. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
