She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McAlpine and Elizabeth McAlpine; her husband Jay Alterman; her children, Sarah Berry (Walter) of Yorktown, VA and Pierce Hubbard (Stacey) of Flemington, NJ.; her grandchildren, Braden, Alicia and Rosalie; and her siblings, Allen McAlpine and Elizabeth McAlpine (Betty).
She is survived by: her brother Bob McAlpine, Jr.. She is also survived by five nieces and three nephews.
